AvantCare 2.0 is here!

We are very excited to announce that the AvantCare 2.0 (2019 Summer release) is ready and already deployed to our latest client in March. Our product team worked very hard to make this feature-rich release. Here is a few highlights: 

• New validation tool to help providers to meet their staff and client ratio compliance; 

• Extended flexibility on billing process for coordinators and financial officers; 

• New business overview dashboard for executive and senior management; 

• Updated user interface for better user experience; and 

• User guides can be accessed on our support portal. 

Our work doesn’t stop here, and we are already working on the AvantCare 2.1 release to support the latest Microsoft Field Service 8.4 along with other key features in the upcoming 2019 Autumn release.
